Just finished a two day team building program ...so now i so tried , tan but happy with the great reviews. It was two days of fun and sun, lots of buffets . Did alot of sharing of my exeperience and knowledge with 42 participants - managers ,executives and supervisors of a local company.We had alot of learning games /activities but the finale was kinda interesting as during the caneo race , the tides was against us and most of them took it as a challenge and was swept by the waves and all got wet !including me !Hahahahahahah but all had smiles on their face !! They had good fun ,food , getting to know each other and accomodation plus lots of learning . What more could they ask for ?!!
For me, it was so fulfilling being able to share my experience and knowledge to make them better individuals for themselves and also for the company. So i am proud to be part of their growth .....at least for these two days that is but the rest its up them them . Its so fulfilling !
I am so blessed and thankful .
